I wish to introduce myself as a continuous learner. I believe in continuous learning and upgrading myself. Being in the field of education it is very important to be a learner first to create the learning environment. As an educator, one should understand the dynamics of education and know the requirements of 21st-century learners. As it is said ‘If we teach today’s students as we taught yesterday’s, we rob them of tomorrow’ we need to keep the dynamism of the education system by getting accustomed with the changing system and the needs of students.

My acquaintance with different curriculum ( IB –PYP, CAIE, CBSE and State board) helped me gain immense knowledge and experience. I hold ‘Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning and Cambridge International Diploma in Educational Leadership. These certifications gave me a good insight into the international curriculum and also helped to understand the requirements of 21st century learners and educators. The acquired knowledge and experience will help me and my team to meet the expected standards.
