Greetings to the Learning Community !

I have a double master’s degree from NIT in Tiruchirappalli in science and engineering. By chance, I switched from the industrial sector to the teaching profession. This change reawakened my deep enthusiasm for teaching and sent me on a quest to find effective learning strategies. I was able to comprehend the problems and questions instructors encounter because of teacher training. I learned about Cambridge credentials by figuring out how to solve problems like this. For the past 18 years, I have worked in school administration, demonstrating that I am a better teacher than I once was and assisting other facilitators in their efforts to improve as individuals.

I believe strongly, the teacher has the power to shape a better future. The first objective in today’s classrooms is to provide such teachers with the training necessary to engage with pupils and promote learning. Leading and supporting teachers as they innovate and change will give me new perspectives on how

students learn. I now have the chance to investigate fresh approaches to effective instruction thanks to the course. I was able to mentor instructors and assist them in improving themselves thanks to the direction of FESDA. In addition to assisting the facilitators in their evolution, my interactions with them gave me the chance to consider strategies that could increase learner involvement and engagement.

I’ve been associated with FESDA since Batch 1 as a candidate, mentor, and Programme Leader now. The organization’s goal-setting process for developing its faculty is quite transparent. I’m eager to advance significantly and soar to high heights within the organization. I can tell everyone who joins that, you as an educator will receive the greatest assistance and feedback at the appropriate times and you will transform yourself as a learned individual not just in the teaching-learning process , but you will be an EMPOWERED ENRICHED EDUCATOR trained to meet the global needs of the learners.
