In a career spanning over 19 years in education, Dr. Jeevani Gadde has consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication to excellence and continual personal and professional development. Her transformative journey commenced in 2003 as a pre-primary teacher, following the completion of her Bachelor’s in Education. Fueled by a deep passion for teaching, she has explored various facets within education, molding her career significantly.
Her academic path is punctuated by notable achievements, showcasing her commitment to ongoing learning. She holds a Cambridge International diploma in teaching and training (CIDTT), a Master’s in English Literature, and a recent Professional Doctorate in Education Administration and Leadership from the European International University. These qualifications affirm her practical expertise and emphasise her steadfast commitment to staying abreast of evolving educational practices.
Throughout her professional journey, she has navigated diverse roles, providing her with a holistic perspective on the educational landscape. Beginning as a pre-primary, primary, and secondary school English teacher, she progressed into leadership positions such as team leader, academic coordinator, and center head at SEEDS. In her current role as the Chief Operations Officer at FEI, she continues to refine her skills in curriculum development, policy design, and active school auditing.
Believing in the transformative power of education, she perceives teaching as the supreme art of awakening joy in creative expression and knowledge. As a facilitator, she strives to touch learners’ hearts, instilling a love for learning through thoughtful instructional strategies and challenges.
