Terms & Conditions

FEI Management will sponsor fees(at a go) for the staff members who have completed 3 years of service in the organization as per the guidelines specified below:
1. The sponsored fee for these staff members will be deducted from their salaries for 12 months. (EMI facility- equal number of instalments every month)
2. EMI facility can be availed by the staff members who has got less than 3 years of service.
Each & every candidate after course completion on submission of Certificate, will be given an increment in the salary up to a minimum of 2000/- . However, these candidates will be considered for a further increase in their salary up to 3000/- at the end of the academic session, provided their performance is more than satisfactory to the organization. *****Please note the above two increments are in addition to the regular performance appraisal given by the organization every session.
Self Declaration will be considered as professional agreement and the staff/candidates must abide by the rules and regulations of the organization. If failed so, necessary action will be taken.
Candidates discontinuing the course at any point of time are not eligible for sponsorship rather they must pay the full course fees while withdrawal.
